My sister is having a kid with my ex-fianc? who offered me money for my nudes a couple of months ago

So I dated this guy for about ten months three years and he proposed and, very stupidly, I said yes. Well a couple of months later he called it off because he wanted to focus study abroad and I did not. Well he came back into my life as my sister?s boyfriend about eight months ago and now she just figured out she?s pregnant with his baby and she intends on keeping it. WHILE he is dating my sister he texted me from a new number he claimed to have got from Twitter. My Twitter doesn?t publicly advertise my number so I knew it was someone I knew trying to pull something weird and I said ok, send me a Venmo request for my nudes and right there it has his name listed.
So I am obviously very upset about this incredibly weird thing and I changed my number since I dated him so somehow he got my new one and not from Twitter and he was trying to be like a person who thought I was cute on Twitter and wants to see more. Essentially a total weirdo. So I told my sister about this and he begged her for forgiveness and my sister got angry with me about the entire thing so I just said **** it and let it go.
Well now she?s pregnant with his kid and I?m just done with this family at this point. The craziness of it all I don?t want to put up with anymore. Should I just let this all go or what? I currently live with my sister because I?m in between housing but I can?t deal with her and him and it just sickens me.
I am 23 and my sister and him are 25.
Tl;dr- my ex-fianc? is an extreme manipulator and is having a child with my sister. The guy is crazy and I can?t stand this situation
