WYR have control over electricity, or control over water?
Range of control is limited by your eyesight. Once you choose either of the two, you cannot be harmed in any sort by it (e.g. you cannot drown or you receive no damage if a lightning hits you). Your power is limited only by your imagination. The tireness you receive using either of the powers is insufficient.
