How can I [19M] be a good brother to my 3 year old brother?

He was born prematurely during an emergency c-section that saved both my mom's life and his life. He was a wee 2 pounds 1 ounce. I remember seeing him for the first time as they wheeled him to the NICU. Maybe it's weird, but I got goosebumps, you know? It was awe-inspiring, humbling, I couldn't stop crying.
Now he's a goofy little kid who climbs everything at home, waves hi to strangers, and does adorable stuff to elicit a reaction from me.
I still live with my parents, so I'm always interacting with my brother. I spend more time with him than our dad does. I get to watch him grow. He always surprises me with something new.
I recognize that because I am 16 years older than him, I share a dynamic that many people will never experience. He is my brother, and at the same time I have an almost father-like responsibility towards raising him.
I love him like no one else, and I want to do right by him as he grows. Help me out here.
