Would you rather that everyone alive has a superpower, but you can choose yours or you have a randomly determined power, but no one else has a power?
If you pick the 1st option, no one can choose their superpower except you. Everyone gains a power, but you get 10 minutes to choose yours. If you pick the second, you randomly get a power, and there's no way to change your power(unless you get a power that lets you change your power).
