WYR: Have a car that can phase through any other car(allowing you to bypass any traffic), or have a car that will always be in perfect condition and full tank of gas?
Both options, you can choose any car
edit: Since it was brought up, yes: you(and everyone/everything) will phase with the car. Also, it will phase automatically. So you could theoretically blast through red lights without worrying about manually phasing it
