Would you rather restart your life all over again or travel back in time to half of your current age and never go back?
For example, if you're currently 32 in 2018, you're back to being 16 in 2002 and you can't time travel back to the current year. You just have to wait until 2018 naturally comes around.
EDIT: Since I've been asked a couple of times, you do get to retain as many memories as you can. Sorry for forgetting to add that part.
