Would you rather have the ability to teleport but feel like you ran there at max speed without stopping or have t (by Sparky)

WYR have the ability to teleport but feel like you ran there at max speed without stopping or have telekinesis (the ability to move object with your mind) but feel like you're moving the object physically?
You can kill yourself with the teleportation ability and the telekinesis ability taxes you based on weight of the object and distance it is from you.
EDIT: You can kill yourself with both abilities. Just to clarify.
