Ladies who have struggled financially: my mom has always said, "it's expensive to be poor." In what ways have you found that it actually costs more to have less?
For example, having to buy cheap shoes that wear out quickly forcing you to buy them frequently and ultimately paying more than one quality pair of shoes up front.
