First of all, thank you to everyone who replied! Even though I didn't respond, I read every single comment and took them to heart.
BF and I had a long talk about the accident and how I'm feeling. Both of us cried a lot. We then had sex. It wasn't as it usually was since I'm still healing. But it was nice. And we cried some more afterwards.
I had my first meeting with a therapist today and it went really well. She recommended a support group for survivors of accidents who also have PTSD. I'm going to a meeting next week.
All in all, things are... Good. I'm feeling a lot better.
