What routine have you recently started that you wish you had done sooner? (by Sparky)
I wake up and within the first hour do some yoga. It helps me feel better. Then I have coffee and breakfast.
I haven't gotten into the water kick yet...but I am removing soda slowly and replacing it with Apple Juice. Problem is, apple juice has as much sugar in it as a mtn dew. I bought light juice today to see how it taste. Half the calories and sugar, so it's worth a try.
