If you choose Option A, no one else you ever meet will compare to them. They are literally your perfect match. You'll have 24 hours together, then they'll disappear forever. And no, married people, you can't say "I already met my soulmate" or some cheesy bull**** like that. It's implied this one person is your absolute perfect match, meaning whoever you'd meet in reality is not.
If you choose Option B, you'll never meet anyone who comes close to this perfect soulmate, but you'll never know what you could've had, either.
