[UPDATE] Today, I (19M) realized that my friend (19F) is beautiful, and I'm conflicted with my feelings for her.

Okay, so what happened seemed like something to come out of a movie. This just happened, she just left as well.
I asked her to come over and she was really happy to hang out with me. We watched Rick and Morty for a few hours and the moment I was thinking about asking her out, she started to cuddle with me. I reciprocate the cuddle and we continue watching. I noticed that she seemed like she was about to say something, but didn't have the courage to say it. She started to look sad and I asked her what's wrong.
I pulled her away and ask her what's wrong. She started to cry and she said that she think she likes me as more than a friend. She didn't want to tell me because she thought I wouldn't reciprocate. She was always scared that it would ruin our friendship because this is her only friendship.
I asked to hug her and she confusingly accepted it. During our hug, I tell her that I like her as well. I could feel her heartbeat fluctuate and I felt her grab me tighter. We hugged for a few more minutes and when I pulled away, she had the biggest smile I've ever seen her have ever in my life. I've never seen her so happy and she continuously stared into my lips. I could tell she wanted to kiss me but she was forcing her not to pounce on me because I never gave her the 'okay'.
I got halfway through asking her if she wanted to kiss me, when she actually kissed me. This was my first kiss ever, and I'm so glad it was with her. Hearing her giggle and say that she appreciates me being her life made me forget all about my terrible Thanksgiving. It just kinda sucks that I have to go back to school this Sunday.
So tomorrow, we planned to hang out the entire day. I don't know what we are gonna do but I know it's gonna be fun!

TL;DR -- I now have a girlfriend but the thing makes it awesome is that I know that we both care about each other.
