Women who have asked for a raise, can you tell me what you said/how you started the conversation?

I'm a 24 year old professional in my field and I feel it's time to ask for a raise but I honestly don't know any women who have ever asked for one so I don't know how to approach it!
I'm interested to know what you said (if you can remember the conversation at all), how much you asked for (if you're not willing to divulge that, it's fine!), and if your raise was granted.
If there's any other information you feel is important feel free to add it!
