How to stop being jealous over things I shouldn't be jealous over???

Why do I get this terrible feeling in my stomach when my boyfriend is texting one of his girl friends? I don't want to be like this...he doesn't deserve it.

How do you know he doesn't deserve it? You get jealous because if he is texting others then he isn't giving you his undivided attention. Each text takes away from yalls time together, so jealousy is a natural reaction when having to fight for his attention.
