Women in tech: As a guy, what are some things I can do to improve things for you?

In light of recent events, it's become more and more evident that women are subtly, if not blatantly, de-valued solely because they happen to be women. Among a vast number of problems, it's no secret that stereotypical male parlance -- things like "brogrammer" and "bro code" -- play a significant role in making women feel left out, undermining their value as a result.
It's unfair, sexist, and downright stupid.
What are some things I can do to actively tackle this problem?
