What are your thoughts on "paid menstrual leave" for women? (Separate from sick days)

This is currently being discussed as a thing in Italy. Apparently it's a thing in Japan, South Korea and Indonesia according to a quick google search.

Imo women been workin thorough their periods fer years no need fer paid time off now

@jimn: In some cases may be safer for their co workers though if they did stay home lol
