Those with a father that passed how is your day going?

Kinda want to vent a little bit here, today I'm really short tempered and I feel like things are just not going my way. I feel upset whenever I see kids outside playing with their dad I see me and my dads relationship. Anyways my dad was the type of man to get the job done and give no excuses ever. Really inspired me actually and today I decided I would create another business or independent contracting service involving home maintenance. I mentioned it to my mom and she was very discouraging about it and didn't want to drive me to staples so I could get business cards. It's little things like this that get me upset because my dad would be so proud to see me being creative and looking for hard work to do. Today's a tough day for me but I'm not letting it take any power I'm still doing everything I would normally do. How are you guys doing with no fathers on this day?

Going good. My father lived a long life and accomplished many great things. No need to feel sad because he isn't here.
And it's my mom's bday so that has kept me busy also.

I stayed busy today so not to be sad and mourn. I was going to go by my dads grave, but it's thunderstorming, so i'll go in the next day or two.
