Those of you with narcissistic/abusive parents, how did you evolve past your inferiority complex, if you had one?
My parents were always beating me down and now as an adult i have trouble believing in myself and have panic attacks when i can't do things right. I'm wondering if anyone had similar stories and found a way to, for lack of a better word, correct their learned behaviors.
