When did you realize you wanted to make your SO your wife/husband?

I've been with my SO for maybe 11 months, and I'm not going to get ahead of myself and do some dumb ****, but I've definitely given the "could I see myself ___ with her" and, for the most part, it was usually yes. Then today I was looking at her and gave it genuine thought, realizing I am completely fine with spending the rest of my life with her.
If she feels that way, who knows. I just know I won't risk asking her any time soon simply because there's no reason to rush it. So, when did you realize? Did it take a few months, a few years? Did a certain moment/event trigger it?
