Well just finished watching Ferris Buellers Day Off and i kinda noticed a trend. Pretty much every movie i can think of from the 80s the parents no matter how old their son is always treats them like they are six. No wonder teens were always acting like rebels then.

Stupid son
Daughter is a ****
Husband is goofy
Wife is over burdened & sarcastic
