Giving birth, losing a loved one

Screwing your back up.....I twisted to my right and bent down to pick something up this morning and....bam! Im done for the day....have tried ice packs, heat, bio-freeze, sitting down, laying down....nothing works...gonna be a long next few days.

My only one brother he took his own life because of woman who broke his heart..feel so sad for him and we missed him so much./. how i wish i was at home bfore he made it.,im shi.t older sister ignored what he really felt i ddnt realized he was in desperation stage i thought he was not serious about his feelings for that sh.it girl til i saw his suicide note for that shi.t girl...for me ill never ever take suicide even ill will be rejected many times or been broken hearted...life is beautiful for me despite of trials...

Well there is something that will work...HEAT.....comes in a bottal boy that stuff works.BUT dont go in the sun nt even with a shirt dont get in hot water were rubber cloves were a shirt for about 4 to 6 hours. And if you touch you face or privats gods sake dont rub get gold milk and put on it.this stuff works for all pains.i use it all the time .price 5.00 to 7.50 walmart dont carry it here.
