What's a dead giveaway that someone is British? (by Sparky)

Just one word is all the proof you need. Have them pronounce aluminum!
@ramblinman: I never heard the difference, with that word.. But I get a kick out of the "' regional" ways Americans pronoun differently.

Is it aluminium as in aluminium cans where as Americans would say alluminum can ?
@ramrod007: So it is kind of like Americans say " in the hospital " &Btitts say " at hospital" ? Americans speak in complete sentences. ( we are taught that and not to use slang )
