Because anything having to do (even remotely)with sex might excite a man. But women have conditions first ( safety,comfort, relationships), before... They can get excited... And woman are probably thinking..If a man needs, wants, or has sex toys. Then what's wrong with him? But if a woman has them, a guy may hope, he's going to get get laid.
