What is a rule that is broken so often that it essentially doesn't exist? (by Sparky)
20 items or less. Really? I dare anyone to tell me to get out of that lane with my full cart.
Smoking at a ball game. Honestly. How are twenty security officers gonna stop five thousand fans from firing it up?
Here's one that is a traffic rule n police still give tickets for it . If u come up to a stop sign n u can clearly see there us no traffic coming then u can treat the stop sign as a yield sign!
When the lights dont work or at a four way. I know there is a rule for it. But i have yet to see it followed.
