Less than 50 percent turnout (by james85)

If an election was held and it has less than 50 percent turnout should it be held again till there is? Is less than 50 percent of your country's people a proper representation?

@james85: I don't believe they do that here James. It's up to each person to decide if they want to vote or not, so the election going to happen no matter how much of a percentage shows up.

We make stupid enough choices with less than 50% turnout....wld probably be more stupid with more turnout
