What disturbing scene from a film or TV show has always stuck with you? (by Sparky)

(42 / M-F / New York)The human centipead, sorry If I spelled that wrong. The entire movie actually. Didn't see the movie only caught a trailer. I guess scene would be the clip I saw: "feed her" I just about threw up. Who even saw that disturbing, sick movie.
It was one of the SAW movies. There's a scene where she falls into a pit of dirty needles!

If you like to be mindf$cked, check out the Korean version of the movie Old Boy. But yeah, after the 3rd SAW movie, it all went downhill...
