I know as we get older our sleeping habits change. So whats the average nites rest for a grown man/woman? If they work how long do u think they should sleep? If they dont work how long should they sleep? When is it TOO MUCH sleep?

I'm just getting over having insomnia since i lost a close friend in January. hit me hard and couldn't sleep and some weeks i was having ten hours or less. in the end i had to go on medication. and now I'm back to getting my usual 9 to 10 hours. i think sleep is very important.

During Mondays thru Fridays , I get an average of 6 hours sleep and during weekends & National non- working days , I sleep for 8-10 hours . Sleep is important for me , I becomes moody and feels dizzy when I get less sleep from what I called normal or average hours.

Sleep is very important. And as adults we think we are fine without it. We are used to all the hustle and bustle. But it can actually have several negative affects on your body if you arent getting enough-8hrs a night. Sometimes as adults we cant get enough for one reason or the other...but if that is the case you need to try and play catch up. Youd be surprised at how much sleeping enough can really help.
