@mrb89: Same here. Dad & mom would get oil lamps & candles going. Then we pick a game out. Usually risk, monopoly, sorry, or poker chips&cards. Then dad would make big bowl popcorn while we set it up.

@im1made4u: we use to live in a house with a wood burning stove on the bottom level, we'd turn it on and tell scary stories and eat soup heated on the stove, while playing games. It was always fun.

Ive always went to a hotel with power if we was expecting it to be out for a long time. But since i had ryder i dont have to worry about it being out for more that a few hours
