I would say Learning & Achievement are two totally different things.
Yes no one stops learning, but an achievement is something you have done, and succeded in doing, a goal you have given yourself to do and you have done it! :)

@Youngflirt: Anything I have overcome or survived, or set my mind to do, I also consider an achievement. :)
There is a time that learning is consider an achievement or achievement is consider a learning..
