I have to say Algol.....He smacks you with a flying throne which is badass but cheap.

Next is sephiroth in KH2 really decend heartless angel I hate him I KH2

Eariler Zelda Games, you had to get like 20 different items a day solve a **** ton of puzzles to fight Gandolf.

Jinpachi from Tekken is so cheap it is insane

Cervantes from South caliber is cheap as hell

All Dragon Ball Z games are cheap and pointless

Ash Kectum is a cheap character

Nightmare from SCV is cheap
