An Acceptable Time (by Nenavar)

Ok so this girl Ive liked for a while has recently broke up with her boyfriend and while I still want to be a good friend to her but I still like her and... is there an acceptable time frame to even try asking her out if at all?

You're not being a very good friend if all you're doing is being supportive until you can swoop in on her. You're also being dishonest about your feelings for her... If you really care about her then actually be there for her and stop thinking about yourself.

@RussellB: first of all up yours. im not doing it to date her im doing it because im choosing to be a better friend than i already have. i dont even know if i even want to try. and i havent tried being supportive because she doesnt want to talk about it.
