He told me that he's coming this month but then yesterday he told me that he will come in july...
Should i give up on him or wait till july?

If he failed to make his first promise then its ok if u gve him a second time,BUT if he ddnt make it this time,,,, then i think you have to shake him off out of your life,, i know its hard but its much more hard to wait in nothing or to believe in nothingness.....so wait til july.... But dont wait til august....ok....

Well if u really love him u cn wait til u can see him..and dfntly u knw his reason why he dlay his schdule just to see u,ur so lucky coz he has the promise to see u..

on the 30th of may he told me that he had got his flight ticket and that he was to travel on 1st june. But on 31st he told me that he will come in july...

If he alreAdy had his flight ticket it would be almost impossible to exchange it the day before his flight. He might just be telling u what u wanna here to keep u on the hook
