Is it wrong for parents to force their religion down their kids throats? (by CookieRaider)
I think its wrong cause everyonw has their right to their own religion not forced.
@WalkSoftly1: well my grandmother tried to force her religion down my throat and told me "your going to church rether you like it or not".
As a child its ur parents right and responsibility to raise u as they see fit. After u turn 18 and are on ur own u can THEN decide and have ur own rights. But before that, its ur parents right to make u attend church of their choice
@WalkSoftly1: 13 or 14.. I already had a church I liked going but "hers was better" apparently or my religion didnt suit her
@CookieRaider: Did she feed u and clothe u and put a roof over your head? If so, 2 hrs or so of your life a week is not to much to ask...other than that, read Brites response.

Odd that all the time Christ was on earth he never built a single church. And his step Dad was a carpenter.
