I hate that I'm 25 I'm waking up from having nightmares crying... Like WFT is wrong with me... I'm waking up threw the nite n sometimes I'm crying. My heart heavy n feels likes it being slowly squeezed, worst part is not having someone to cuddle up next to make it feel like it's going to be fine. I'm guessing a broken family means a broken heart??? Just wondering if in the only one that wakes up from a nightmare crying???

@Beinmyslf: Thankx but I'm not crying from not having a man in my life I'm dealing with family probs. It would b easier to deal with if I had a man to hold me threw it but that's not my main prob

@BaB3YDoLL: you can actually control your dreams somewhat. Are you crying in dream and wake up crying, or is it the content of dream that makes you cry when you wake?

@Sammy2: as I start waking myself up out if the dream I'm crying as I wake up... This just started. I've always had bad dreams but I've just started crying thing in the last couple if months
