(33 / M-F / Virginia)ok so we when our basketball game yesterday but i sprained my knee by twisting it thanks to a foul an i wake up this morning in really bad pain

the cold will tighten it all up and relieve the stress. people like hot cause it loosens your body. try the ice bath

@hotlilcutiepiesexythang: i kno i have been keepin ice covering it but ice bath is way to much for me i have a abnormal high body temp an the cold sucks
well at least you are honest lol :) but ice is better than nothing.
