The best scary, creepy, or quirky/thriller movies that came out in 2011 and 2012. I know there had to have been a few. Only movies in these genres please :)

Tbh i dont think that there has been any good scary movies in the past couple of years unfortuneatly :( . Well none that i can think of anyway lol

awwwwe damn spacer lol That's what I was afraid of. I saw a movie called Splice I think it was a couple of months ago. It was definitely weird and freaky but it wasnt really scary. I also saw the first two Paranormal Activities, which did spook me pretty good, but I havent seen the third yet and dont know if it will be a good scary movie or not. The Descent I still have in the back of my mind...dont know if this is a good one too. Think it came out earlier than 2011 though.

@JustMeAndYou77: i havent seen splice but i've seen all the paranormal activitys and the decent . The first two paranormal activitys were pretty good but they both came out before 2011 i think but idk i could be wrong about the second one though and your right the decent came out well before 2011 aswell . And as for paranormal activity 3&4 . 3 is ok but not very scary but 4 is just stupid and doesnt make any sense once you've seen the other ones pmsl

lool, well.... That's definitely disappointing about Paranormal Activity. The Anneliese Tapes Movie was ok...some parts were scarier or more surprising than others. What is going on with horror movies today? Are they all on FearNet??lol All Jason had was a hockey mask, a worn out machete and fast feet and he nearly scared the life out of me rofl All of the graphics, etc and none? smh

@JustMeAndYou77: yeah i agree most horror movies these days are c.r.a.p . But hey i just seen a film called sinister and that was really good and fairly scary so check that one out lol

Ahhh, spacer, you're the man! I'll check that one out. Yes, I think I remember seeing something on tv or net advertising it. Thank you for keeping up with this. I love watching movies and wondered a lot about it.
