it has good benefits for our healths and it can prevent aging, has anti-oxidants, and even helps to lower certain kinds of diseases and heart risk, high blood, beri-beri and can stimulate the blood vessels to function it well..

@brats52005: yeah, it is but for the first time u try to it kimchi you will feel that ur eating some kind of horse feed bcoz u wouldnt like the taste at first bcoz it is too spicy, smelly and sour..but later you will find it very delicious..do u know the feeling when ur heart is beating faster or muscles cramping? u try eat eat kimchi and u will feel the ease immediately..believe me its true..

Really? i suggest u buy it some in korean store there.. i think its not expensive..also maam, if u feel stress, kimchi is good relief for stress.. axully we eat kimchi during meal and its also good for apetite.. :)
