How do you measure someone loves you? (by JustMeAndYou77)

Well, I dont knock it. If that sort of thing works for some relationships then what's important is that it worked and the two people love each other and are together for whatever sake. It just doesn't fly with me I guess. Can't speak for my coworkers actions at home but I can as for my ex and love just isn't a power game to me. Destroy the love I have for you, make me accept your conditions, and then treat me good? Bah lol Love is a mutual thing.
It's a case to case basis though ..
But , if the situation is :
Over the years we ( my ex & I ) are still single , we do have children and I knew he changed into a better person and I too realized my mistakes ( I believe that in a failed relationship , both parties had faults ) then , we talked/ talking and I still love him ( true love is not easy to fade ) then I'll give another shot into our relationship ...
Except if my ex was an abusive partner .. Then NO
