Got turtles? (by James2112)

I DO!!! I have a baby common snapping turtle (Chelydra serpentina) that I'm raising named Roger. Just wondering if there are any other turtle owners on here.

@James lol, if u can ever get one they r great to have. The one we have is about 8 wks old now she climbs my son like hes a tree and she'll take her food bowl spin it round n round and then hold it up showing us its empty then start spinning again, its the cutest thing ive ever seen :)

it really depends on the turtle brats. A snapping turtle like mine isn't easy to keep. They are extremely messy and they can do more damage than a normal turtle when they bite. A red eared slider or another type of slider is usually a very easy turtle to keep. And they don't require any play time with them so u can leave them at home for longer periods of time than say a dog.
