You go to the person's profile and click the "hug" button. It should be below the send message button. You can only send two of those a month, and as of yet there is no way to get more roses or hugs.

Only girls send hugs, boys send roses. At this time u cant purchase more then the 2 u already get, but in our upcoming new premium package u will have the option to as well as purchase many other gift ideas other then roses or hugs
