I have been terribly sick the past 2 days and can't think of anything that sounds good and will stay down... so my question is what do you eat when you're sick?

Oh .., wish you'll get well soon OP !

Arroz caldo ( congee with chicken stock , ginger , chicken fillet and onion ) is best when I am sick . The aroma of sautéed onion gives me an appetite .

Also , when I was young , my mother always let me eat crackers and Royal tru- Orange lol ...

Well crackers should help, i refuse to ever drink sprite or 7-up, chicken noodle soup is always soothing. I like to nibble on a grilled cheese and have a lil bit of pudding. The coldness of the pudding makes me feel better
