04/13/12 @ 08:30pm: On the farm today the two brothers & I put in every single one of the levee gates in the rice fields. The boss didn't think we could do it all in one day but we did. We started about 8 o'clock got done around 4 pm. Then I went back to tilling the 220 acre field, over half way done going over it for the second time should be done tomorrow by lunch. But will scan the whole field to be sure that the grassy area is chopped up real good, don't need the grass to begin growing again to soon. After that I have no Idea what I'll be doing. So everybody have a great nite.

04/14/12 @ 09:00: Today on the farm boss says he wants me to go over 210 acre field at least one more time. It shouldn't take to long with me traveling at 12 mph, maybe a little over 2 days. Today for lunch we get to have porkchops I'm hungry already can't wait.

06:55pm: The porkchops were good. I almost finished the field today only have about 85 acres left to go. I was able to travel at almost 15 mph over most of it, as long as the equipment is bouncing up & down I could cover some ground. Hope every one has a great Saturday nite

04/15/12 @ 07:30 pm: This morning I was going to go to the flea markets & the grocey store to buy some meat so I could cook out this afternoon. I got in my car started it up applied the brakes to shift out of park but I didn't have any brakes. I just bled them & refilled the fluid last weekend, I haven't driven since then. I checked the fluid level & it was empty, so now going to have bleed the brakes again. Needless to say I didn't go anywhere.

04/16/12 @ 12:30pm: It rained last nite, we got an inch & half making it to wet for any tractor work to be done. So we checked over the equipment but made no repairs, then we cleaned out the planter & set it up to be ready to start planting soybeans. We only worked up till noon, so I went to the small store nearby bought some hamburger meat, want to Bar-BQ this afternoon. Hope everybody has a good day...

@heikeva: That does sound like it would be hard. We had strange weather here in a way. Been reaching up to the 80's lows in the lower 60's then this weekend barely reaching the 70's lows in the upper 50's. Use the AC unit then turn the heater back on.

And I thought OK was the only place u used a heater and ac in same 24 hrs
