Oh I have a good one...

Monterey Chicken

1 lb of cooked bacon
6 chicken breast
Sauteed mushrooms
Shredded monterey cheese

Cook chicken on a grill, or pan fry it... season to your taste
Lay 2 to 3 slices of already cooked bacon on each breast
Put your sauteed mushrooms on each breast, I like mine smothered with mushrooms
Top it with your monterey cheese, again, your preference, if your not big on cheese just put enough to keep it all together
Leave it in the pan until cheese melts, then serve.
