Thanks to @ThatNerdyChick's great threads about cooking/eating the other day I decided to make a thread where we could post our favorite recipes. I love cooking and trying new recipes so I am excited to see yalls favorites.

I have several favorites but one of my favorites is chicken casserole, it's a potluck favorite where I work...

2 cans cream of chicken
6 small cans shredded canned chicken (or about 1 to 2 lbs. cooked chicken breast shredded)
16 oz. sour cream
2 boxes chicken stuffing

Preheat oven to 350
Cook stuffing using box directions
Mix sour cream, cream of chicken until smooth then add chicken; poor into baking pan. Take your stuffing and put it on top as a layer or mix it in. Cook in the oven until it bubbles.

Will share more later (:

@abear4U: That sounds pretty good, I don't like buying regular sliced cheese at the store though, it just doesn't taste like cheese should, lol. I think sharp cheddar would be awesome on that. Thanks for sharing! (:

My mom taught me how to make homemade chicken noodle soup but with the homemade rolled noodles and all, a simpler version would be appreciated. I will post the recipe for homemade chicken and dumplins' later!
