Why did I have to confirm my e-mail (by Swordsman)

I had been on here earlier and everything was ok. I went offline for a little while. When I tried to come back on here it said I had to confirm e-mail. I was just wondering why. Thanks

I have 2 emails i didn't get the confirm in my yahoo cause i think its full i need to empty it . i changed it to my gmail and i got the confirm message

@SamuraiHonor: I try to empty my yahoo at twice a day. Otherwise it gets too full and would take over an hour to do.
