Marriage is hard, u hope u have the right person when u get married but after a few years it goes pear shape. She or he starts wandering and before u know either the women is pregnant or the guy has got someone else pregnant and is in love with a younger girl. The women tries and tell its his but he knows 4 a fact its not. Then u have a messy divorce. The man is left with nothing except his younger mistress who he shacks up with.

@Countryguy22: thats true mate
its hard for the man and its hard for woman . in most cases love disappears in a couple of years and you are left with the option of either faking it and be unfaithful or walk away which is again a very hard thing to do .

No man should ever walk away from the one he loves unless she strait up says its over cause at that point there is no working it out

Marriage is serious and I think people take it for granted now, thinking its just a piece of paper(hear that far too much)and I think people who see it that way shouldn't bother marrying at all. I'm 30 next month and although I've had two boyfriends propose to me in the past I've said no. Marriage means a lot to me and the person I marry will have to feel the same about it. Its a privilege, not a right to get married.

Yes its a privilege and one should not walk away from someone he loves , these are fine things to say for the sake of saying .
but the fact is things do get sour between 90./. of couples .
it doesnt matter if you married the one you loved with some lofty ideas in your mind , you end up suffering none the less . coz there are no easy options .
its the nature of the beast .

Its something unnecessarily romanticised by people and especially women .
if you look at it unsentimentally it has little utility in present circumstances .
