@LaDawn1974: Cute. Not long ago had a friend who nursed a racoon & boy did that coon like to get into stuff. He would go for car rides, and just loved eating carrots. Had to finally set him free though after he almost killed himself playing with cord of window blinds.

04/10/12 @ 06:15am : I can not believe the local newscasts weathermen, yesterday they said that rain would arrive here today from Oklahoma, now one station says no rain in the forecast, another one says 40 percent chance of rain tomorrow from Texas, & the other channel is saying only 20 percent chance. Oh boy who to believe? Wait & see I guess, be nice to get a small amount of rain to help the rice sprout. The corn is beginning to crack the ground but as of yesterday still has not broke through. Hope everybody has a Great Day

04/10/12 @ 06:30pm: Today I did not get to drive a tractor, we were able to seed the levees in the rice fields & I got the levee gates out in the fields to be set tomorrow. The corn has broke through the ground & is beginning to reach for the sky. The wheat is losing it's green color now, so it will not be long before the wheat is ready to be harvest, maybe sometime in early May. I think for supper tonight I'll Bar-B-Q some ribs or hot wings, haven't really decided yet. Hope everyone has a Great Night

04/11/12 @ 06:30am: Good Morning. It was lightly raining here this morning. I really hope we are able to get the levee gates installed today, sooner the better. This weekend I am also wanting to do some more work on my car, need a few minor repairs done & it needs a bath too. My BlueHeeler has hurt her front right paw, she can't walk on it, don't know what happened to her & I don't see anything wrong with it either other than it hurts her when I touch her paw. Now it's raining hard, oh boy. Hope everybody has a good day

It rained us out, gone home for the day. Co-Workers going to their Brother's Funeral tomorrow.

05:00pm The power & light company is here to install power to the new electric well near my house. I have been without power since 2 o'clock this afternoon, don't know what is taking them so long to get it hooked up. /// 06:00pm: Finally power turned back on, glad they got done before night fall because I'm afraid of the dark Ha Ha Ha

04/12/12 @ 07:15pm: Today on the farm there was only my boss & me, as the 2 brothers went to their brother's funeral. We smoothed out a road that is between 2 ditches that were recently cleaned out by a trackhoe. Then we cut holes into the rice field's levees to install the levee gates which we will put in tomorrow. After that I took a 4 wheel drive tractor & a disc to soften a field that had just been leveled, boy was the ground hard. And that was my complete day at work. Have a nice night everybody...
