She asked me to move in with her and i told her i had to think about it then i havent heard from her since

If she doesn't like to talk to you then it means she isn't interested already unless she's able to do sign language

I would just wait for her! See what happens. If she doesnt get back to you within a few years, i would move on!
Just move on. Maybe she's playing games, maybe she's just not interested. But when somebody doesn't talk to me, I assume their not interested and move on. If you're truly into someone, you just have to talk to them and let them know, not play silly high school games.
