Is it just me, or does anyone else thinks its kinda weird to put your kids in your profile pic? I understand why guys do it...all the girls can swoon abt how great a dad he is lol. But why would girls do it? I, for one, would never subject my kids to the potential danger of a perve trying to get to them through a relationship with me. Thoughts?

Hmmm that is actually a good opinion. Personally i love my little boy and most of the pictures i have are of me and him. I would never put his picture on here. But i guess some women want the men to know that "hey i have a kid". Considering most men just look at the profile picture and not the profile itself.

I guess people do it so you know up front what you're going to be dealing with. Idk. I don't have that issue so I guess that's how they let u know.

I have made a conscious effort not to even say what my sons name is on here, I would certainly not put a picture of him on here for loads of strangers to look at. It mentions on my profile I'm a mum and I'll chat all day long about being a mum, swap stories but I will never discuss my son as a person. If that makes sense. He is the most important person in my life and I'll whatever to always keep him safe. He has never even met anyone I've dated. The way I see it, my son and my personnel life are two completely different things. And when the two shall meet will be after a very long time until there is trust there
:)
Good topic for a thread Ram

I get that everyone is proud of their kids and all but....can't get the thought outta my head of some old geezer pleasuring himself while lookn at a pic of my kid...and that's the least that could happen. Guess I take ALL precautions when it comes to protecting the lil ones...

Facebook is filled with predators yet kids are everywhere on there.
