I don't think it was meant actual marriage scary. But the title of the thread 'marriage anyone?' Kinda sounds like you're proposing to anyone. Most people do want to get married but they want to know that person for a while first. Its the same kinda thing if someone makes threads along the lines of 'want babies anyone?' 'Mortgage anyone?' 'White picket fence, r.v, homemade apple pie or fornightly neighbourhood bbq's anyone?'
I've never even been engaged. I hope I do get married one day, but who knows :)
